With a career spanning 40 years, which includes working in the London publishing industry, international print sales, hospitality and real estate in the UK and Portugal, Ann Laws has a wealth of knowledge and experience.<\/p>

Laws Property has been trading successfully for 5 years and now has a small team of trusted professionals dedicated to delivering the best service possible.<\/p>

Having been established to deliver a more realistic sales commission, the company is going from strength to strength as vendors can profit from a sales commission of 2.5% (+ IVA) when signing an exclusive contract. For non-exclusive contracts a highly competitive sales commission of 3% (+ IVA) will be charged. This remains significantly below the market norm.<\/p>
